The nervous system reacts disproportionately in moments of irritation or happiness.This nervousness eventually brings about of an imbalance in the nervous system.

CAUSES – The main causes of nervousness are:

* TOBACCO {Is a well known cause of nervousness and imbalance of the nervous system}

* ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

* COFFEE

* STIMULANT BEVERAGES

All Drugs also acts on the nervous system and produce nervousness or aggravate it.

TREATMENT – In addition to the foods recommended below,here are also healthy habits that helps to control it;

* Eat at regular hours to avoid abrupt drops in blood glucose levels

* Eat a nutritious breakfast to avoid hypoglycemia{lack of sugar in the blood}, which can produce nervousness and irritation

* Get sufficient /enough sleep on regular basis

* Regular exercise, preferably walking

RECOMMENDED DIETS
Here is a list of foods to be increased in a patients diet:

OATS,PASSION FRUIT, AVOCADO, LETTUCE, CASHEW, WHEAT GERM, WALNUT, POLLEN and GREEN PEA.

Foods to be avoided are:

ALCOHOLIC and STIMULANT BEVERAGES, WHITE SUGAR.
